The Teknet Announcements facility is a basic module used for displaying news items on your site.

Key Features:

  • Abillity to add multiple announcements in one module

The Teknet Events facility is a module which produces a display of upcoming events as a list in chronological order or in calendar format. Events may have additional information and links can be set to automatically expire on a particular date, or re-occur by any specified number of days, weeks, months or years.

An example event calendar:
The Teknet News Feed (RSS) facility allows for the display of a ‘news feed’ on a website page. This facility allows an administrator to select a news feed (an XML resource) and process that with an XSLT template file.

An example of an RSS Feed (BBC Technology News Feed):
